Our Main Objectives
We as a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) aim to be a catalyst for social change by providing apprentices/ trainees with relevant trade exposure on the job coupled with quality training off the job thus empowering people to build positive futures. We focus on giving people the capacity to create good lives for themselves, through new skills, access to technology and fulfilling apprenticeships/traineeships leading to further employment.
We often work in partnership with other organisations who help us provide apprenticeships/traineeships to disadvantaged groups including people with disabilities and indigenous persons. We have established and built effective partnerships that deliver positive and lasting social and economic change.
The West Australian Group Training Scheme Inc (WAGTS) has a range of exciting apprenticeship/traineeship options provided though both our Group Training and Registered Training wings to help set you on the path to a great job in either the Construction Industry or Hairdressing Industry.
